To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@jourdelle.com within 30 days of delivery. You will receive a response within 3 business days with a Return Order number and further instructions.

  • Item Condition:
    All returned items must be unworn and undamaged, in the original box, and include any original certificates where applicable. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be refundable.

  • Processing Refunds:
    Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same card within 3-5 business days after the return is received. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Prepaid Shipping: All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
